As with all parenting decisions, selecting the best type of tuition for your child can be a difficult choice to make. Many parents presume that 1:1 tuition will be the most beneficial, however there are many benefits to group tuition that go beyond saving money. Many parents contact me only looking for 1:1 tuition and are reluctant to give group tuition a chance, but I truly feel that the benefits of group tuition outweigh the cons. Group tuition is an effective and affordable way to begin 11+ tuition. The more familiar ‘classroom’ environment helps children to feel comfortable and get into the mindset for learning and the social aspect of group tuition supports learning and memory.
